Introduction

The Yaoyue Payment Function is a software feature of Yaoyue, a software product of Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. This Agreement applies to the payment function of the software product provided by Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fixon") (hereinafter referred to as the "Yaoyue Payment Function").

The Yaoyue Payment Function Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is formulated based on the Yaoyue User Service Terms and other related agreement specifications issued by Yaoyue (collectively referred to as the "Yaoyue User Service Terms"); meanwhile, the usage agreements, rules, statements, announcements, policies, and other documents regarding the Yaoyue Payment Function that Fixon publishes from time to time also form part of this Agreement. If the content of this Agreement is modified or updated, Fixon will indicate the modified content and publish it in the payment settings. When using the Yaoyue Payment Function, you shall comply with this Agreement, the Yaoyue User Service Terms, and all terms of the aforementioned related agreements, rules, statements, announcements, policies, event rules, and all subsequent modifications.

Before using the Yaoyue Payment Function, you shall read and understand this Agreement. Fixon has specially reminded you of the clauses in this Agreement that are or may be materially related to your rights and interests (including clauses exempting the other party from liability, clauses restricting rights, clauses agreeing on dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, etc.) by using bold font, and you should pay special attention to them. If you do not agree with any term of this Agreement or any subsequent modification to the terms, please stop using the Yaoyue Payment Function immediately. Your use of the Yaoyue Payment Function (including but not limited to receiving payments and withdrawals) will be deemed as your careful reading, full understanding, and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. When using the Yaoyue Payment Function, differences may arise due to your software version, device, operating system, and third-party factors, which may cause inconvenience to you. You acknowledge and understand this and will not make any claim against or hold Fixon liable on this basis.

I. Yaoyue Payment Function

The Yaoyue Payment Function is a software feature provided to you by Yaoyue, a software product of Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd., and is used to provide monetary fund transfer services between payers and payees on the Yaoyue platform.
You acknowledge and understand that the Yaoyue Payment Function is a software feature of Yaoyue, a software product of Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. The fees involved in the payment function are defined by you and have the nature of advance payments, deposits, stored value, or similar arrangements.
You shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, as well as the laws and regulations of the country or region to which you belong, where you reside, or where you conduct business activities or other operations. You may not use our services for illegal purposes, nor use our services in any illegal manner.
You may not use our services to engage in conduct that infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others or violates national laws and regulations. Otherwise, we have the right to investigate, delay or refuse settlement, or stop providing services, and you shall bear the relevant legal liabilities yourself. If losses are caused to us or any other party as a result, you shall be liable for compensation.
The currency collected through the Yaoyue Payment Function is Renminbi. Under no circumstances may the currency collected through the Yaoyue Payment Function be reverse-converted into any other legal tender. Please use the Yaoyue Payment Function based on your actual needs.

II. Services Provided by the Yaoyue Payment Function

Yaoyue will provide you with software feature services related to receiving payments and withdrawals, including but not limited to receiving payment services, withdrawal services, account payment settings, and transaction detail inquiry services (hereinafter referred to as the "Yaoyue Payment Function"). The specific content of the Yaoyue Payment Function shall be subject to the information displayed on the relevant pages.
You agree that the transaction records retained by Yaoyue shall serve as the sole valid basis for payments and/or withdrawals under the Yaoyue Payment Function. If you have any objection to the transaction records retained by Yaoyue, you shall promptly raise it by email at feedback@fixon.cc. If Fixon confirms after verification that an error does exist, it will correct it.
If your Yaoyue account is in an abnormal condition, you may contact customer service to freeze your Yaoyue account. In such a case, we need you to provide the registration information of your Yaoyue account to complete identity verification. You understand and confirm that, due to technical limitations, Fixon cannot guarantee with 100% certainty the accuracy and authenticity of identity verification.

III. Rules for Using the Yaoyue Payment Function

You shall download and use Yaoyue through officially authorized Yaoyue download channels.
You must be the account opener/holder of the bound collection channel account, and you must be legally and validly entitled to use such account without infringing upon any third-party rights and interests. Otherwise, if any loss is caused to the actual owner of the payment account as a result, you shall independently resolve the resulting disputes and bear all legal liabilities.
When using the Yaoyue Payment Function, you shall carefully verify that transaction information such as the account, payment amount, and withdrawal amount is accurate. Any loss caused by your own reasons (including but not limited to incorrect account information, incorrect receiving account, improper operation, abnormal account/receiving account status, etc.) shall be borne by you.
Yaoyue provides a self-service withdrawal function. This function allows you to initiate one withdrawal application in each calendar month. After manual review, the corresponding funds will be transferred to the bank card retained in your payment settings. The transaction handling fee is 0.6% of the order amount (including WeChat/Alipay channel fees).

IV. Disclaimer

Fixon will make every effort to provide you with support related to the Yaoyue Payment Function services. However, due to technical limitations, Fixon cannot guarantee that the network services will definitely meet your requirements (including but not limited to timeliness, security, and accuracy of the network services).
Fixon shall not bear any liability for losses caused by the following force majeure events and reasons not attributable to Fixon, but will make efforts to reduce the resulting losses and impact on you:

(1) Failure of the purchasing system or services to operate normally due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, and the like; (2) Given the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes major impacts caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, temporary shutdowns caused by government control, virus intrusions, and other circumstances affecting the normal operation of the Internet; (3) Interruption, termination, or delay of system services due to government orders, changes in laws and regulations, or orders and rulings by judicial and administrative authorities; (4) Any legal disputes and consequences arising from leakage of bank account information and identity information caused by other websites linked to or cooperating with Fixon (such as online banks); (5) Suspension of the Yaoyue Payment Function services due to system maintenance or upgrade needs; (6) Losses caused by other reasons not attributable to Fixon.

V. Amendment, Suspension, and Termination of the Agreement

Fixon has the right, based on changes in laws and regulations, regulatory policies, industry practices, and Yaoyue's operating strategies, to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate the content of this Agreement and publish such changes on the relevant pages.
Once the foregoing content is published on the relevant pages, it shall effectively replace the original agreement content. At the same time, Yaoyue will remind you of the updated content through appropriate means (including but not limited to pop-ups, emails, system notifications, platform notices, website announcements, etc.) so that you can learn about the latest version of this Agreement in a timely manner.
You understand and agree that under any of the following circumstances, we have the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate this Agreement, or unilaterally decide to suspend or terminate all or part of the payment function services provided to you, and the exercise of the aforesaid rights shall not be subject to any time limit:

(1) You make use of loopholes in Yaoyue, collection channels, or other third-party software/websites/rules to use the Yaoyue Payment Function services by legitimate or illegitimate means; (2) You use any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen flooding software, or any other program or software method to alter account amount information or the like; (3) You have engaged in, or Fixon independently determines that you have engaged in, any conduct that violates national laws and regulations, this Agreement, the Yaoyue Service Terms, public order and good morals, and/or harms the lawful rights and interests of Fixon and/or any other third party; (4) As required by laws and regulations, regulatory policies, or competent authorities; (5) Force majeure (given the special nature of the Internet, force majeure also includes major impacts caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, temporary shutdowns caused by government control, virus intrusions, and other circumstances affecting the normal operation of the Internet); (6) Emergency needs to maintain account and system security; (7) Other circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination.

VI. Miscellaneous

The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any part of this Agreement is rendered partially invalid due to conflict with applicable laws, the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected.
If any dispute arises regarding the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If such consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
The headings of this Agreement are provided solely for convenience and ease of reading and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of the main text.
