Yaoyue Paid Services Agreement

Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Yaoyue") provides you with paid services on the "Yaoyue" platform, including but not limited to invitation editing, payment management, premium features, and other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Paid Services").

This Yaoyue Paid Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a supplemental agreement to the Yaoyue Terms of Service and, together with the Yaoyue Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other documents, constitutes the complete agreement. By clicking to confirm on the page, actually purchasing, or using the Paid Services, you indicate that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement (especially the bolded sections). If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Paid Services.

If you are a person without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity, please read and use the services under the guidance of your guardian.


1. Scope and Updates of the Agreement

  • This Agreement applies to all Paid Services and has the same effect as supplementary content such as the platform's legal statements and service rules.
  • We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance through app push notifications, pop-ups, emails, text messages, or announcements on the official website.
  • Continued use after the update takes effect will be deemed as acceptance of the new agreement. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Paid Services.
  • A change in the service provider will not affect your rights and interests.

2. Paid Service Content and Fees

  • The specific content, features, and prices of the Paid Services shall be subject to what is displayed on the platform payment page and may include subscriptions or one-time purchases.
  • The fees do not include third-party charges (such as network access fees and carrier data charges), which shall be borne by you.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees in a timely manner (including taxes);
  • Provide true and accurate payment information, and authorize us to retain and use it;
  • Allow us to send payment-related notices through the contact information you provide.

3. Fee Adjustments and Auto-Renewal

  • We may adjust the prices of the Paid Services or add new fees to reflect cost or legal changes, and the new prices shall be subject to the payment page.
  • Price adjustments will be notified in advance by email, text message, or in-site notice.

If you choose auto-renewal:

  • You must agree to the new price after receiving notice; otherwise, after the current billing cycle ends, the service will be downgraded to the free version and auto-renewal will be terminated;
  • If you do not agree to the new price in time or choose not to agree to it, you may manually cancel the renewal;
  • If you do not agree to the new price, you may choose not to renew the Paid Services.

4. Payment Method Management

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and payment information accurate and up to date (through the "Membership Center").
  • If your payment method becomes invalid or is not updated in time, resulting in failed charges, service suspension, or additional fees, you shall bear the responsibility.
  • If a person who is not the account holder changes the payment method, they must contact customer service and provide supporting documents.

5. User Rights and Obligations

You are entitled to use the features corresponding to the Paid Services.

You shall perform the following obligations:

  • Comply with this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and platform rules;
  • Pay fees in a timely manner;
  • If business activities require permits, obtain the relevant approvals on your own;
  • Not use the Paid Services to upload, store, publish, or disseminate unlawful information (including obscene or pornographic content, gambling, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, endangering national security, etc.), or provide convenience to others for such purposes;
  • Protect the security of your account password and back up your data on your own.

6. Our Rights and Obligations

Our Obligations

  • Provide the services as agreed;
  • Timely repair non-human-caused failures;
  • Provide customer service support on working days (Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, excluding national statutory holidays);
  • Protect user data security.

Our Rights

  • If you violate this Agreement or laws and regulations, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Paid Services, delete violating content or information, without prior notice.

Special emphasis:

  • If your conduct involves unlawful content or activities, we will immediately terminate the relevant account and Paid Services in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and cooperate with the competent authorities in their investigation.

  • In such circumstances, any fees already paid (including subscription fees, service fees, etc.) will not be refunded.

  • You shall also compensate us or any third party for any losses caused thereby.

  • If the service becomes unavailable due to your breach, the fees already incurred will not be refunded.


7. Service Interruption, Termination, and Refunds

  • We may modify, interrupt, or terminate the Paid Services due to maintenance, upgrades, or business needs, without prior notice and without liability.
  • The following circumstances do not constitute a breach:
    • Short-term interruption due to server maintenance;
    • Network route congestion, etc.

Disclaimer Circumstances

  • Force majeure;
  • Acts of third parties;
  • Government actions;
  • Losses caused by network failures, etc.

Refund Rules

  • Once the purchase of the Paid Services is completed, it is non-refundable (except where mandatory laws and regulations provide otherwise);
  • If termination is caused by your breach (including unlawful conduct), no refund will be given;
  • If the service cannot continue due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to us, no refund will be given.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where we are located.

9. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected;
  • Our failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver;
  • We may assign this Agreement, while you may assign it only with consent.
