Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Fixon") operates the "Fixon Yaoyue" product or service. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and will strictly comply with the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Cybersecurity Law", and other relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, doing our utmost to protect the security of your personal information.

This "Privacy Policy" applies to all "Fixon Yaoyue" products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Before using the Service, please carefully read and fully understand this Policy, especially the terms marked in bold. If you do not agree to any content of this Policy, please stop using the Service immediately. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of this Policy.

1. How we collect and use your personal information

We collect and use your personal information only as necessary to achieve the functions of the Service. If you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to provide the corresponding services.

(1) Types and Purposes of Personal Information We Collect

  • Registration and Account Information: Nickname, mobile phone number, email address, password, etc., used for account creation and identity verification.
  • Device and Log Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (Android ID, IDFA, etc.), IP address, location information (with your consent), browsing records, etc., used to provide services, optimize experience, and ensure security.
  • Information Generated When Using the Service: Check-in information, published content, search records, etc., used to provide core functions such as publishing, searching, and sharing.
  • Location Information: Used to provide location-based services (such as nearby event recommendations) after your explicit consent.

The above information will be authorized for our use during your use of the Service. After you cancel your account or stop using relevant functions, we will stop collecting and delete the corresponding information (unless laws and regulations require otherwise).

We will de-identify or anonymize the collected personal information. If non-personal information is combined with other information to identify you, it will be treated as personal information for protection.

If we need to use personal information for other purposes not stated in this Policy, or beyond the scope of the original collection purpose, we will notify you separately and obtain your explicit consent.

(2) Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

According to laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Directly related to national security, national defense security, public security, public health, and major public interests;
  • Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
  • To protect the life and property safety of you or other individuals where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
  • Disclosed by you to the general public;
  • Collected from legally publicly disclosed channels (such as legal news reports, government information disclosure);
  • Necessary for signing or performing a contract;
  • Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the service (such as discovering and handling faults);
  • Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. How we use Cookies and similar technologies

To ensure the normal operation of the Service and improve user experience, we store Cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other technologies on your device.

  • Cookies: Used to store your preferences, login status, etc. You can manage or clear Cookies through browser settings, but this may affect some functions.
  • Pixel Tags/Web Beacons: Used to analyze email open rates, page visits, etc.

We will not use the above technologies for purposes other than those stated in this Policy.

3. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

(1) Sharing

We will not actively share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • According to mandatory requirements of laws, regulations, or government authorities;
  • With affiliated companies (limited to necessary information, subject to this Policy);

(2) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information, except in cases involving merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, etc. In such cases, we will require the new entity to continue to be bound by this Policy, otherwise we will require it to re-obtain your consent.

(3) Public Disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your personal information with your explicit consent or when required by laws and regulations.

(4) Exceptions

The above sharing, transfer, and public disclosure do not require your consent in the exceptional circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations (same as Article 1 (2)).

4. How we protect your personal information

We adopt industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, access control, encrypted storage, protection against malicious attacks, etc., to prevent leakage, tampering, and loss of personal information.

  • Retain only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose (unless laws and regulations require otherwise).
  • Regularly conduct security training and risk assessments.
  • In the event of a security incident, we will promptly inform you of the incident situation, impact, remedial measures, and report to regulatory authorities as required.

The Internet is not absolutely secure. Please keep your account password properly and avoid sending sensitive information through unencrypted methods.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access, Correction, Deletion: Exercise through App/webpage settings or contact us.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw partial authorization through settings (may affect function usage).
  • Cancel Account: See Article 9 for details.
  • Obtain Copy: Provide a copy of personal information upon reasonable request.
  • Complaint and Report: If you believe we have handled it improperly, you can complain to the regulatory authorities.

We will respond to your request within 15 working days (subject to extension in complex situations) and process it free of charge (cost fees may be charged for requests exceeding a reasonable number).

6. How we handle children's personal information

The Service serves users over 14 years old. If you are a guardian of a child and discover that the child's personal information has been collected, please contact us immediately for deletion. We will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect children's personal information.

7. How your personal information is stored and transferred across borders

  • Storage Location: Within the territory of China.
  • Storage Period: Only as necessary to achieve the purpose, not exceeding the requirements of laws and regulations.
  • Cross-border Transfer: Currently no cross-border transfer requirements. If cross-border transfer is needed in the future, we will inform you separately, assess risks, and obtain your separate consent or adopt standard contracts and other compliance measures.

8. How this Policy is updated

We may update this Policy from time to time. Major changes will be notified in advance via App push, pop-ups, emails, or official website announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

9. Account Cancellation

You can apply for cancellation through App/Webpage "Settings - Account Cancellation". After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information (except where retention is required by laws and regulations). Some functions will be unavailable after cancellation.
