Shenzhen Fixon Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Fixon") operates the "Fixon Yaoyue" platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Service").

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Major changes will be notified in advance via platform announcements, pop-ups, emails, or push notifications. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Specific services may have additional rules or guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

2. User Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority required by local law) to use the Platform. Certain features may have additional age requirements.
When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information and update it in a timely manner.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password and assume full responsibility for all activities under your account.
If you discover unauthorized use, please notify us immediately (feedback@fixon.cc).
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or limit your account or access rights at any time, including but not limited to cases where you violate these Terms, relevant laws and regulations, or our community rules. We will provide notice as required by law or as necessary.

Special Emphasis: If your behavior involves publishing, disseminating, or engaging in illegal content or activities (including but not limited to illegal information, obscenity, pornography, gambling, fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, endangering national security or public order, etc.), we will immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account in accordance with laws and regulations and cooperate with competent authorities in investigations. In such cases, any fees paid (including subscription fees, service fees, etc.) will not be refunded, and you shall bear all losses caused to us or third parties thereby.

3. User Content and Conduct Rules

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload ("Your Content"). However, uploading constitutes granting us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, operate, improve, and promote the Platform (including reproduction, modification, display, etc.).
You warrant that you have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe on the rights and interests of third parties.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

Publish or disseminate illegal, false, harassing, insulting, obscene, violent, hateful, or other harmful content;
Violate national laws and regulations or these Terms;
Engage in spamming, advertising abuse, fraud, pyramid schemes, etc.;
Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform (e.g., using automated tools to access without permission);
Use the Service for commercial purposes (unless explicitly permitted by us).

We have the right to remove non-compliant content and suspend or terminate accounts (applying the no-refund rule in Article 2).

4. Paid Services and Payment

Some features are paid services. Fee standards and payment methods are subject to the display on the platform page.
Subscription services renew automatically until you cancel.
Overdue payments will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy and laws and regulations, but no refunds will be given if termination is due to a violation of these Terms, especially illegal activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (including software, trademarks, designs, etc., excluding Your Content) is owned by us or the rights holders. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable personal use license.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit it without authorization.

6. Service Risks and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.
We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party actions, etc.
We have the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, etc., without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims, losses, or expenses caused by Your Content, conduct, or breach of contract.

8. Service Interruption or Termination

Except as provided in Article 2, we may interrupt or terminate the service in the following circumstances:

You provide false information;
You violate laws, regulations, or these Terms;
Requests from competent authorities;
Other circumstances we deem necessary.

Upon termination, except as required by laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your information, and paid fees will not be refunded (especially in cases of illegal activities).

9. Privacy Protection

Your personal information is protected by our "Privacy Policy". Please read it together with these Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the People's Court with jurisdiction where we are located.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms are independently valid, and the invalidity of any part does not affect the remaining parts.
Our failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver.
We may assign these Terms, but you may not assign them without consent.
